Why we're migrated to a new help desk platform

First and foremost, we will continue working with Atlassian, our trusted technology provider.
On March 14, 2023, we migrated to the latest version of the JIRA Service, which will bring significant improvement to your user experience.
Switching to the new version will enhance our support capabilities and leverage the latest technology to handle your queries better.

No, the active tickets were handled in the old system, but all new issues must be reported in the new ticketing system.

The old ticketing system was disabled on 30th of September 2023.

Starting from March 14, 2023, the former XTRF Help Desk ticket handling system will only allow read-only access. This means that you may only view and provide feedback on tickets submitted before March 14, 2023. You will not be able to submit new queries using the previous XTRF Help Desk system.

The new XTRF Help Desk system lets you submit new queries with full functionality, starting from March 14, 2023.

As enforcing the security of our clients is our top priority, we will have to disable the old version of JIRA Service Desk system as Atlassian no longer supports it. We will inform our clients separately about this when it happens.

Please contact our Help Desk Team by means of the new ticketing system to learn about your options for archiving tickets handled before March 14, 2023.

In such a situation, you have two options to choose.
